* Heat stroke, heat exhaustion and other heat related illnesses will be possible, especially if you spend a significant amount of time outdoors, or are involved in any strenuous outdoor activity.

A Heat Advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is expected. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will combine to create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink plenty of fluids...stay in an air-conditioned room...stay out of the sun...and check up on relatives and neighbors.

At 524 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near North Manchester, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... North Manchester, South Whitley, Sidney, Liberty Mills, Collamer and Packerton. HAIL...<.75IN WIND...60MPH

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Flood Warning

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers... North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County .The river remains near minor flood stage at this time. The Flood Warning continues for The North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville

* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was 5.9 feet and steady.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 6.0 feet.

* Forecast...The river will rise to near flood stage around 2 PM Sunday July 21.

* At 6.0 feet...Water approaches some houses around Skinner Lake, especially along State Road 8. &&
