* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch.

* WHEN...From 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening to 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The river will fall below the 12.0 foot flood stage around 7 AM Saturday January 18.

* At 12.0 feet...DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville floods. Agricultural and low lands flood along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir. &&
