Two hurt after Fort Wayne pursuit ends in crash

FORT WAYNE, IN (WFFT) -- Two men inside a car were seriously hurt Sunday night after police say the driver led them on a high-speed pursuit before crashing the car into a gas station sign.

information is on our website. two people sent to the hospital after a police chase through the streets of fort wayne. detectives with the gang and violent crimes unit were in the villages of hanna around 11 last night.they noticed a car that matched the description of one possibly involved in several shots fired cases.detectives tried to stop the car but say travious shepard refused to stop.police tried to use stop sticks to deflate the cars tires.they say shepard swerved to miss them but popped two tires.that caused him to lose control and crash into a shell gas station sign at mckinnie avenue and hessen cassel road. both shepard and his passenger were taken to the hospital to be treated.shepard is facing two felony charges.his passenger
