FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - After a year away from Fort Wayne, Marc-Olivier Roy is anxiously awaiting his return to the Summit City this fall.
After spending a year with the Idaho Steelheads, Roy agreed to sign with the Fort Wayne Komets last week.

During his lone season in Idaho, the 25-year-old led his team in scoring with 50 points in 55 games.
Roy was also very productive in his previous stint with the K's (2017-2019), recording 74 points in 74 games.
The former second-round NHL draft pick cites his relationship with Ben Boudreau and the Komets' coaching staff as a major reason for his return.
