FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - Leo senior softball players Simia Spahiev and Ali Davis signed their letters of intent to continue their softball careers on Thursday.
Spahiev signed with Eastern Illinois to continue her softball career at the Division 1 level.

As a sophomore in 2019, she helped the Lions to a Class 3A state runner-up finish, batting .447 with four home runs and 24 runs batted in in 27 contests.
Davis signed with the University of Findlay to continue her career.
She also was an integral part of Leo's state run in 2019, playing in 27 games, batting .343 with 14 runs batted in.
