Komets Snap Five Game Skid with Win Over Wichita

The Komets snapped a five game losing streak and won their first game at home in over a month when they beat the Wichita Thunder 6-5 on Friday night.

Fort Wayne, Ind. (WFFT) - The Komets snapped a five game losing streak and won their first game at home in over a month when they beat the Wichita Thunder 6-5 on Friday night.

Anthony Petruzzelli had a big night for the K's, scoring Fort Wayne's first two goals and assisting on the third. J.C. Campagna scored his team high 24th goal of the season in the second period, and in his return from injury, Justin Hodgman added a goal and an assist as well.

The Komets are back home Sunday, February 24th, to host the Cincinnati Cyclones at 5 p.m.
