FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - One of the area's best high school basketball players will be staying in-state for college.
On Monday, Homestead's Fletcher Loyer picked Purdue over offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, Nebraska, Missouri and Utah.

Loyer transferred to Homestead over the summer.
The 6'4" guard averaged over 21 points per game during his sophomore season at Clarkston High School in Michigan.
