High School Cross Country: Angola's Steury runs away with state title

Angola junior Izaiah Steury became the first in school history to win an individual cross country state championship on Saturday.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WFFT) - Angola junior Izaiah Steury became the first in school history to win an individual cross country state championship on Saturday.

Steury won the title with a time of 15:23. On the girls side, Carroll's Zoe Duffus finished as state runner-up. The Chargers also came in second place as a team.
