GARRETT, Ind. (WFFT) - Chris DePew is hoping 2019 will be a bounce-back season for the Garrett Railroaders.
The Railroaders finished under .500 last year for just the second time in the DePew's seven-year tenure. The two-win season was Garrett's worst since 1999. DePew says sometimes porgrams have to take one step back before they can take two steps forward, and he hopes that is the case for his football team this year.
Garrett will open its season with Prairie Heights on August 23rd.
