College Basketball: No. 20 USF topples East-West behind big second half

The 20th ranked Saint Francis men's basketball team outscored East-West University by 19 in the second half, topping the Phantoms 77-54.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - The 20th ranked Saint Francis men's basketball team outscored East-West University by 19 in the second half, topping the Phantoms 77-54.

The Cougars were led by David Ejah's 14 point, eight rebound night, while Jeff Reynolds and Jalan Mull pitched in with 11 and 10 points, respectively in the win.

The win was the sixth straight for USF, as they improve their record to 12-1 on the season.
