FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - Blackhawk Christian big man Caleb Furst officially put pen to paper, signing with Purdue on Thursday to continue his basketball career.
Furst committed to the Boilermakers back in March.

As a junior during the 2019-20 season, Furst averaged 22.1 points, 13.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 2 blocks per game, leading the Braves to a 23-3 record and a sectional title before their season was shut down due to the coronavirus.
In his three seasons with Blackhawk, the Braves have gone 77-8, accumulating the most wins during that timeframe in the state of Indiana.
Furst joins Silver Creek product Trey Kaufman as part of the Boilermakers' 2021 recruiting class.
