PONETO, Ind. (WFFT) - Southern Wells will continue our 2020 FOX 55 Countdown to Kickoff.
The Raiders enter year two under head coach Mike Roeder.
Roeder's Raiders went 2-9 in his first year at the helm in 2019, totaling the number of wins the team had the previous two years.
But, gone are 10 seniors who helped lead the team to that record a year ago.
This year's group is mostly freshmen and sophomores, and that has Roeder ready to preach and practice patience this season.
Southern Wells will open their season with Fremont at home Aug. 21.
