"It's really grown. People talk about it all through the neighborhood plus the students from the gym where I work, they talk about it and love to show up too," Zumba instructor Jimmie King said.
King said since spring is here, it's a great time to do this now.
Doing it alone can be a challenge. It was for Rene.
"Be social without being social. You're with a group, but you keep your distance," Rene Bodine said.
"It's great to do a virtual class, and follow along but at home, like Rene said, it's too easy to say I'm done. I'm going to go have a snack," King said.
King has gone viral inspiring more neighbors to come out and get fit.
"It's all about having fun. He's like I don't care if you can dance or Zumba before. Just come out and have a good time," Bodine added.
A few of the things recommended by health professionals are getting sun and staying active.
"Outside we get all the fresh air. You get to fill your lungs with. It's tons of fun. It's good for you plus with all the other people you interact with 10 feet apart," King said.
