FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - The World Baseball Academy is ready to play ball at night.

The youth baseball organization debuted its new diamond lights Thursday night at the Ash Center, just west of downtown. It's part of the first phase to upgrade youth sport facilities in Fort Wayne.

The project was paid for by a grant from the legacy fund. Leaders say this will help attract more tournaments to Fort Wayne.

The World Baseball Academy is in the process of building a fourth field. This one will be accessible for people of all abilities.
