FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - Police are investigating after a woman was found dead in an apartment Friday afternoon.
Officers were called around 12:30 p.m. to an apartment on Lakeside Drive for a well-being check. A woman hadn't been heard from for a couple days.
Family found the woman before police got there.
The Allen County Coroner will release the cause and manner of her death, as well as her name at a later date.
