Woman dies in Huntington County crash

It happen at 12:30 p.m.at State Road 9 and CR 600 N.

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WFFT) - A woman is dead after crashing into a semi in Huntington County.

It happened at 12:30 p.m. at State Road 9 and CR 600 N.

The Huntington County Sheriff's Department said 19-year-old Tori Lynn Andress was driving her Jeep Patriot when she stopped at the intersection and pulled out in front of a semi.

The semi driver tried to stop but couldn't avoid the crash.

Andress was pinned in her SUV.  She died of blunt force trauma. 

Her death was ruled an accident.
