FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — If you wake up early enough, you may catch a glimpse of the sun Thursday morning.
Otherwise, expect another cloudy to mostly cloudy day.
A gusty southwest wind will help to push high temperatures into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
The next system will bring scattered light rain showers to northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio Thursday evening.
A few snowflakes could mix in for our northwestern most counties(Elkhart, Lagrange and Kosciusko counties) but temperatures should remain warm enough to remain mostly rain.
Temperatures will cool Thursday night so pockets of light snow will be possible through daybreak Friday.
Periods of hit and miss light snow showers will pass through the area on Friday.
Minor accumulations can be expected by Saturday morning on grassy areas and untreated surfaces.
This will not be a widespread snow event.
