There will be plenty of sunshine across the region Tuesday but don’t let that deceive you.
Highs will only top out in the upper 20s with breezy conditions.
If you factor in the wind Tuesday afternoon, wind chills will be in the teens for most locations.
The wind will finally decrease Tuesday night but it will be a cold night.
Lows are expected to fall into the teens under a clear sky.
We have more sunshine on the way for Wednesday with highs topping out in the lower 30s.
