Wednesday will be a soggy day as rain showers can be expected throughout the day.
Expect pockets of moderate rainfall from time to time in the afternoon with temperatures climbing into the low to mid 50s.
The rain is expected to taper off from west to east near midnight.
Wednesday night will be dry with lows falling into the middle 40s under a cloudy sky.
The cloud cover will linger across the region on Thanksgiving but at least it’ll be a dry day.
There may be a few hints of sunshine in the afternoon as temperatures climb into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
Believe it or not, of the past 70 years of records, the high has only been below 32 degrees seven times on Thanksgiving.
According to the NWS Northern Indiana, the snow depth has been zero approximately 75% of the time.
