FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - If you like the cold, well these next two weeks are for your! Colder than average temperatures are forcasted to hang around through at least the middle part of the month. Monday will only be slightly warmer than Sunday, which had one of our coldest mornings of the season.
Temperatures on Monday will only max out in the upper teens, near 20 for the high. Fortunately, winds will be light on Monday. So, the wind chill temperature, what it feels like on exposed skin, won't be too different than the air temperature.
Later in the afternoon on Monday, we start to see our snow chances increase as our next weather maker moves our way. It could create a few slick spots late Monday afternoon into the overnight hours as some areas see snow accumulations from 1 - 3 inches of snow by the time everything is all said and done on Tuesday.
