FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Strong and severe storms are going to march across the area starting late Monday afternoon.
Most of the area is under an Enhanced risk for severe weather, level 3 of 5.

The counties under this level are Elkhart, Lagrange, Steuben, Kosciusko, Noble, Dekalb, Whitley, Allen, Wabash, Huntington, Wells, Grant and Blackford.
The rest of the area is under a Slight risk for severe weather, level 2 of 5.
Williams, Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert, Adams, Jay and Mercer counties are under this risk level.
These risk areas are issued by the Storm Prediction Center.
We're looking at starting to see storms rolling into the area between 5 to 6 p.m.
The line of storms will be moving quickly, so the event will be over by 11 p.m. Monday.
Our main threats will be strong wind gusts, up to 80 mph, and heavy rain.
We can not rule out an isolated tornado.
