FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Thursday will be a day of change for us.
Expect a windy and cooler day with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
The day will start off with a few hints of sunshine and it’ll be mild.
Early morning temperatures will hover near the 60 degree mark.
The wind will pick up and wind gusts could exceed 35 mph from time to time.
Spotty rain chances will increase near the middle of the day.
As a cold front approaches Thursday afternoon, the shower and thunderstorms activity will increase across the region.
An isolated strong strom containing gusty winds cannot be ruled out Thursday afternoon.
Most of the precipitation will end Thursday evening but there is a small chance of a passing shower Friday morning.
Other than that, Friday will be breezy with highs near 70 degrees.
