FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Attention skywatchers, the last supermoon of 2020 is set to appear Thursday morning.
According to NASA, the moon will be full and shining brightly at 6:45 a.m.
The Flower Moon will actually appear full until Friday morning.
Bundle up if you plan on checking out the moon because temperatures will be in the 30s.
We will have clear skies across the region, so we will have perfect viewing conditions.
While you are looking up at the sky, you may also notice a bright looking star which will be the planet Venus.
According to NASA, it will appear as "the evening star" above the horizon in the west-northwest.
On top of that, if you look to the southeast, you will see Jupiter, Saturn and Mars.
Jupiter will be the one that appears the brightest and Saturn will appear the dimmist.
