As a result, a few pop-up storms will be possible.
There is a chance that a strong to severe thunderstorm could develop with the main concerns being damaging winds and hail.
The next wave of showers and thunderstorms will blow through Sunday night into Monday morning.
A slow moving cold front will bring another round of moderate to heavy rainfall to the area.
Widespread rainfall totals of 1-2 inches will be possible my Monday morning.
Totals of over 3 inches will be possible where storms train over the same area, so localized flooding is a concern.
There will be lingering rain showers Tuesday due to wrap-around moisture on the backside of this system.
