Much of the country will be dry and quiet, creating the perfect travel conditions.
But if you're heading toward the Southeast and the Pacific Northwest, there may be some impacts.
In the Southeast, there's going to be a system that arrives Friday night.
Heavy rain is likely with rain totals topping 2 inches.
In the Pacific Northwest, there are going to be multiple systems that will bring heavy rain and snow.
Rainfall amounts may be over 5 inches, which roughly equals over 3 feet of snow in the Cascades and Olympic mountains.
For temperatures, the eastern part of the country is expected to see warmer than average temperatures.
