Gonzalo is packing winds of 45 mph and it is moving to the west-northwest at 12 mph.

It is the first storm of 2020 to form in the main development region between Africa and the Lesser Antilles.
Meanwhile, Invest 91L is in the Gulf of Mexico.
According to the NHC, it has a 50 percent chance of development in the next five days.
