FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - The state's second largest festival is now open.
The ribbon was cut Friday morning on the 51st Three Rivers Festival downtown.
Many staples are back like the famous Junk Food Alley and Art in the Park.
There is a new vender for the midway and it is set up more like an amusement park.
"Volunteers are helping this week. It's that but it is all about community. It always has been. We are just very proud to keep that going," said Jack Hammer, Three Rivers Festival executive director.
The Three Rivers Festival parade steps off Saturday morning at 10.
A schedule of the Three Rivers Festival can be found its website.
