FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - It's a little cheaper to put Thanksgiving dinner on the table this year.
The American Farm Bureau annual Thanksgiving survey said a holiday feast for 10 people is an average of $49.12 this year.
That's 75 cents cheaper from last year.
However people in Fort Wayne pay even less.
WFFT found dinner with all the trimmings will cost around $39.
"In the Midwest, we certainly eat a lot cheaper than other areas throughout the united states. The thing I'd go back to is being competitively priced," said Kroger district manager Chris Gomez.
The last time Thanksgiving dinner was this cheap was in 2013.
The American Farm Bureau has been tracking the cost of Thanksgiving since 1986.
