FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - A free national teen defensive driving program is in Fort Wayne.
Former drag racing champion Doug Herbert established B.R.A.K.E.S. after losing his two sons in a car crash in 2008.
So far the program trained nearly 35,000 teens across the country.
Organizers say kids who take the course are 64 percent less likely to get into a crash.
