FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WFFT) - The lawsuit against former Lutheran Health Network CEO Brian Bauer is moving forward.

Community Health Systems, which owns LHN, told WFFT a judge denied Bauer's request to dismiss the case.

CHS is suing Bauer for breaching his contract after joining IU Health to bring a third network to Fort Wayne.

Bauer was fired after a group of doctors failed to buy the Lutheran Health Network last year.
