ELKHART, Ind. (WFFT) A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Elkhart girl.
The Elkhart Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 12-year-old Kyliemay Adkins.
Adkins is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a maroon jacket, teal shirt, blue jeans, and carrying a grey backpack.
Adkins was last seen Friday at 3:30 pm. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
UPDATE: The Silver Alert issued on Nov. 20 for on Kyliemay Adkins has been canceled as of Nov. 21.
