FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - The Broadway corridor is getting a face lift, but will need to close to make it happen.
The City of Fort Wayne said the railroad bridge over Broadway, south of Taylor will be painted.
It's part of Community Development's, Front Door Fort Wayne project to spruce up 17 railroad overpasses across town.
Starting Monday, the road will be closed for three weeks between Taylor and Creighton.
Traffic detours for northbound traffic will use Creighton to Calhoun Street and southbound traffic will use Taylor Street to Brooklyn Avenue.
