Purdue University Fort Wayne hosts 19th Indiana First Lego League Championship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - One of the largest robotic competitions in the state for children ages 9 through 14 came to the Athletic Center Fieldhouse at Purdue University Fort Wayne Saturday

This is the 19th year for the Indiana First Lego League Championship.

The tournament is organized by the ETCS Outreach office as part of the college's ongoing commitment to encourage youth to build their STEM careers.

This year 296 Indiana teams registered. There are 48 teams that advanced to Purdue Fort Wayne's Northern Championship Tournament.
