FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - A false alarm at the Glenbrook Square Mall on Coldwater Road Wednesday afternoon.
Fort Wayne police officers and a tactical team responded to reports of shots fired at the mall around 1:30 p.m. It turns out that what people thought were shots was actually a fight.

According to police, multiple people were fighting near the food court and that a loud bang near the fight is what caused the confusion.
There is also construction near the food court which could be the source of the sound. Police confirm there were no shots fired and the mall is safe to shop in.
