New Aldi opens in Auburn

The Auburn store is part of an aggressive $3.4 billion investment by Aldi to expand to 2,500 stores by the end of 2022.

AUBURN, Ind. (WFFT) - A new Aldi store will open this week in Auburn.

This Thursday the store on Tourin Drive will open with a ribbon cutting ceremony just before 8:30 a.m. After the ceremony, the first 100 customers will receive a golden ticket containing an Aldi gift card of differing amounts.

The Auburn store is part of an aggressive $3.4 billion investment by Aldi to expand to 2,500 stores by the end of 2022.
