FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) -- Meijer has announced multiple ways for customers to register for the COVID-19 vaccine.
The retailer says customers can:

- - Register online at clinic.meijer.com
Meijer says you can also visit one of its local pharmacies. You will have to answer three questions that will allow pharmacists to determine which phase of the vaccine you are in.
Once you are registered, the store will contact you with a date as the vaccines come in.
You will be able to decline the date while staying registered for a future date. You may also opt-out.
Meijer is one of numerous pharmacies that is partnering with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to help distribute the vaccine.
