FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — A man police say is responsible for the death of a Fort Wayne toddler is back in jail Thursday on a new charge after he bonded out on two initial charges.
The Fort Wayne Police Department says 27-year-old Shaquille Rowe was released on bond after he was arrested Wednesday n preliminary charges of battery to a minor causing death and neglect of a dependent resulting in death.
Rowe's arrest is in connection to the death of 17-month-old Aiden M. Clark who was beaten to death at an apartment in the 2700 block of Millbrook Drive Monday, according to the Allen County Coroner's Office.
Rowe is back in the Allen County Jail on a murder charge.
He will have a court appearance on Monday, May 24.
