FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) -- The third Monday of the year is a special day across the nation.
Fort Wayne's Martin Luther King, Jr. Foundation will honor Dr. King's legacy with the 35th annual "Unity Day," a community gathering at the Grand Wayne Center on Monday morning at 10.
The keynote speakers will provide intimate discussions on health, voting, education and their development since King's passing.
The Foundation's president, Bennie Edwards, says, "Our mission is to keep the focus on Dr. King's dream of an equal society and equal rights for all people."
