FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT)- A local business is celebrating their one year anniversary of opening by providing free holiday meals to families in Fort Wayne.

Hobo's Bar and Grill owner Alfred Lockett said it's all about giving back.

This event is the kick off to their annual christmas dinner.

People who come in get free food. If you bring children along, they can also get a picture with Santa.

“We always gave back before, but like I said we just crossed over our one year mark, so I said we're going to give it back to the community, and it happens to be right before Christmas,” Lockett said.

The next event will be a live performance by R&B singer Shirley Murdoch.

That will be January 19th.
