FWPD says they have investigators reviewing mall security footage to identify possible suspects.
They say those involved in the incident already left the mall before police could capture them.
At 4:40 p.m. police were going to every store inside Glenbrook Mall to make sure all shoppers evacuated the building.
Initially, it was reported that multiple gunshots were fired, according to police but they have now said no shots were fired inside the mall.
Officers say there were no injuries reported in the incident.
Witnesses inside Glenbrook say a fight broke out with four people involved and during that fight, a male picks up a gun that falls on the ground.
Part of the incident was captured on video, which you can view below.
As of 5 p.m., police say the mall is now reopened to the public for shopping.
