INDIANAPOLIS (WFFT) — The Indiana State Department of Health reported 2,587 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, which brings the total to 169,112 people.
The state also reported 33 new deaths, bringing the total to 3,991 deaths across the state.

The Allen County case count now includes a total of 918 probable cases from antigen tests reported since July 28.
Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH, the death reported Wednesday occurred between Oct. 16 and Oct. 26.
A total of 2,783,748 people have been tested in Indiana, 10.2% of those tested are positive coronavirus cases.
A total of 236 probable deaths have been reported to ISDH.
Probable deaths are those for which a physician listed COVID-19 as a contributing cause based on X-rays, scans and other clinical symptoms but no positive test is on record.
These do not count towards the daily death toll.
ISDH says their dashboard has been updated to remove duplicate entries and correct county of residences with data submitted to them.
