FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — The Indiana Department of Transportation announced Monday a new highway pavement patching project is underway in Northeast Indiana.
The work zone on Interstate 69 runs from south of U.S. Highway 224 to just south of I-469.
The project will go through Huntington, Wells and Allen counties.
During construction, INDOT says there will be lane closures in both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-69 with a reduced speed limit.
Work started Monday morning and is scheduled to wrap up by the end of June.
All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
