FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) -- This year, IHOP is staying in action through the holidays.
The International House of Pancakes on Washington Center Road flooded with customers hungry for a Christmas Eve breakfast.

As if the regular pancakes weren’t already a seller, how about some green flapjacks with sparkles and whipped cream?
Customers, especially those 4-feet tall and below, enjoyed the “Elf on the Shelf” special, which includes choices of pancakes, funnel cakes, and/or hot chocolate twirled in whipped cream and bedazzled with red and green candy drops.
Families can pick up a full meal, comprised of protein selections alongside pancakes, as part of IHOP’s Holiday Special through Christmas Day.
The ‘Elf on the Shelf” simply adds a little treat to the beloved breakfast spread.
IHOP restaurants are scheduled to be open 24-hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day throughout the state.
Be sure to get your cakes while they’re still hot.
