Headwaters Park ice rink opens for 15th season

Headwaters Park ice rink opened Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT)- The Headwaters Park ice rink opened Saturday for the 15th season. 

Prices will remain the same this season: $3.00 for children 13 and under, and $5.00 for children over 14, and adults. There is a $2.00 charge to rent skates, or patrons can bring their own. 

Hours of operation

Mon.-Thurs. 1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. 

Fridays Noon-10:00 p.m. 

Saturdays 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. 

Sundays Noon-8:00 p.m. 

Closed Christmas Day 

Every Wednesday, between December 6th and February 28th will be a free skate day for children 13 and under. 

Indoor concessions will again be provided by Mr. G's at the Rink, offering soup, sandwiches, and drinks. 

Free parking is available at Headwaters Park, with access from Clinton and Barr Street. Season and single skate passes are available by contacting Geoff Paddock at 260-425-5754.
