FREMONT, Ind. (WFFT) — Another Northeast Indiana county has its first confirmed COVID-19 case as of Friday.
In a letter sent out by the Steuben County Health Department, the department says they were notified that a resident of the county is currently in an Allen County Hospital.

Health officials say the resident is over the age of 60.
SCHD says the patient is an employee of Fremont Community Schools.
It is unclear at this time when the FCS employee was most recently at a school in the district.
