Fort Wayne weed ordinance now enforced for summer season

Starting Tuesday, inspectors will be addressing complaints and identifying high grassy areas.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - Fort Wayne's weed ordinance is now being enforced.

That means grass or weeds can not be taller than nine inches.

Starting Tuesday, inspectors will be addressing complaints and identifying high grassy areas.

The property owner will have five days to mow the yard.
