FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) - Police say a man has died after he was shot Tuesday afternoon on Pettit Avenue.
Police responded to the Phillips 66 gas station on Calhoun Street and Pettit Avenue at 4:13 p.m. and found the man with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Moments later, officers also received a call about a possible shooting at the Avondale Drive and Pettit.
Police say the man was shot at Avondale Drive and then drove himself to the gas station.
Investigators say they have a juvenile in custody and are interviewing the boy.
No charges have been made at this time.
Police are searching the area for witnesses and possible camera footage.
