FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT)- Greater Fort Wayne Inc. is rounding up a group of 24 local businesses for Small Business Saturday on November 24. This is the ninth annual Small Business Saturday observance. Greater Fort Wayne Inc. said shoppers have spent an estimated $85 billion at small businesses nationwide.
The annual Holly Trolley is helping get people to small businesses on Saturday. Eight free trolleys will transport shoppers around Downtown Fort Wayne as well as the Wells Street and West Main Corridors. Three
different trolley routes will connect people to over fifty stops with more than 100 shopping opportunities, activities and dining options to choose from.
Each heated trolley is equipped with docents to provide information and assist you with trolley maps, giveaways, and more. Many businesses along the routes will be offering special holiday items, one-day-only discounts or
