FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Police made an arrest in a Thursday night shooting that left one man injured on the city's southeast side.
The Fort Wayne Police Department arrested 23-year-old Nathan Stumpff just before 2 p.m. Friday on three charges including aggravated battery in connection to the shooting that took place on the 2300 block of Shadybrook Drive.

Police say Stumpff was the suspect in the shooting that left 29-year-old Louis Rachel III at about 10 p.m. Thursday.
FWPD says Rachel was shot last night after a disturbance was reported on Shadybrook Drive and he was taken to the hospital where he was listed as having life-threatening injuries.
He is currently in the hospital receiving treatment.
Stumpff will appear in court Monday morning on charges of Aggravated Battery, Criminal Recklessness and Possession of a Handgun without a Permit.
