East Noble to tear down old middle school instead of selling

The East Noble School Board decided to not sell the building built in the early 1900s.

KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WFFT) - The former East Middle School will be torn down.

The East Noble School Board decided to not sell the building built in the early 1900s.

A group had on planned on buying the building and converting it to an affordable senior housing complex.

Instead the district will pay to tear down the building.

There currently aren't any plans for the diamond street property.
